This page is the contract between you and Manori Archive when you order garden hose reels here.

Who we are

Manori Archive trades as a sole proprietorship from Jaipur in Rajasthan. All sales are made online.

We deal in wall-mount, retractable and freestanding garden hose reels and hose carts, bought from suppliers and sold on. We do not present ourselves as the maker of anything we list.

Order acceptance

We treat an order as an offer to purchase, accepted at the point of despatch confirmation.

Declining an order is possible on grounds of stock, a clear pricing mistake or delivery reach; a full refund follows immediately.

Price and invoicing

Everything is priced in rupees with tax. Delivery is ₹79 on orders below ₹1,999 and nothing above.

An obvious pricing error does not bind us. In that case we contact you and refund; we do not simply void the order in silence.

Listings

The specifications shown are the supplier’s. Colour on a screen is approximate and measurements have a small tolerance.

Email sales@manoriarchive.shop with the measurement you need confirmed and we will check the item itself.

Your use of the site

  • Do not attack, overload or attempt to breach the website
  • Reproducing our listings, images or copy is not permitted
  • Do not order goods you do not intend to receive or pay for
  • Provide correct contact and address details when ordering

Content ownership

Our own words and pictures are our property. Where a manufacturer’s name appears, it does so to identify a product and stays that manufacturer’s mark.

Notices of infringement should reach sales@manoriarchive.shop and include the URL. Material is removed or disabled once the notice is complete.

Liability

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as a job delayed because a parcel arrived late.

These terms do not and cannot limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

A message to sales@manoriarchive.shop is the first step we ask you to take; litigation helps nobody over a parcel.

Future changes

If we update this page, the update takes effect for new orders. Existing orders keep the terms under which they were placed.
