You can settle an order with Manori Archive either by UPI at checkout or in cash when the courier hands it over. Both are described here, along with refunds.

UPI payments

Choose UPI at checkout and a QR code with the order reference appears. Scan it from any UPI application, approve the amount, and the order is confirmed once the collect request succeeds.

Approve only the amount on screen. Any mismatch between your app and this site is settled by sending us the UPI reference at sales@manoriarchive.shop.

Cash on Delivery at the door

Where your PIN code supports it, you can pay the courier in cash at handover. The amount collected is the invoice value and nothing more — there is no separate COD fee on this site.

Settle with exact cash and keep the receipt. The option disappears from checkout for PIN codes the courier does not cover.

Pricing

All amounts are in rupees and already carry any tax that applies. Delivery is the only thing added, and only below the free threshold.

You receive the invoice by email at despatch. Tell us beforehand if it should be raised against a firm rather than an individual.

Refunds

Money returns by the route it arrived on. Where you paid by UPI it goes back to that handle; where you paid cash, we transfer to a bank account you confirm to us.

Refunds leave us within 7 days of approval. The time it then takes to show in your account depends on your bank.

Refunds are paid in money, not vouchers. We will only issue credit if that is what you specifically want.

Payment security

The site runs over HTTPS and your UPI authorisation happens inside your own banking application, not on our pages. We never see or store the credentials you use to approve it.

We will never telephone you for an OTP or a UPI PIN, and we will never ask you to install a screen-sharing application. Any such call is a fraud; report it to sales@manoriarchive.shop.

We act on written refund instructions only. A phone call asking us to send money elsewhere will not be actioned.
