Manori Archive is small enough that the person answering your email is the person packing your parcel.

Having the order number in the first email means we can answer properly rather than ask for it.

What we get asked

What we get asked most is whether a particular hose reel fits a specific need. Give us the details and you will get a direct answer.

With wall-mount, retractable and freestanding garden hose reels and hose carts on the shelves, we can usually answer a fit question the same day by looking at the actual product.

When you will hear back

Messages that arrive while we are open are usually answered the same working day, and always within one. Anything sent overnight or on a Sunday is picked up the next working morning. Our hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Courier queries can run longer while we wait for the carrier. We keep you posted rather than leaving the thread silent.
