Cancel before despatch and there is nothing to pay and nothing to send back. Cancel afterwards and it becomes a return.

If it has not shipped

Contact sales@manoriarchive.shop or +91 99294 49217 with the order number. We cancel at once if the courier has not taken it.

The complete amount, delivery charge and all, comes back within 7 days of the cancellation.

Orders move fast here — 1 working day to despatch — so use the phone when the cancellation is urgent.

After despatch

Consignments in transit cannot be pulled back. Either refuse the parcel at handover or return it inside 7 days of delivery.

We refund the goods on a refused prepaid parcel; the original delivery charge stays with the courier.

If a COD order is no longer wanted, say so before the rider arrives rather than turning the parcel away unannounced.

When we cancel an order

We may cancel where stock has run out, where a price was plainly wrong, or where no carrier will deliver to the address. In every case the refund is complete and the reason explained.

Our cancellations carry a complete refund, released within 7 days.
