Below is what Manori Archive does with your personal data — collected for orders and support, shared only where delivery requires it, and deleted on request.

Data collected

  • Order details: Your name, delivery address, PIN code, telephone number and email — the fields a courier needs printed on a label
  • Order history: Items ordered, values and invoice copies
  • Payment result: Whether a UPI payment succeeded, and the reference number for it — never the credentials used to approve it
  • Messages: Contact form entries and email threads concerning your purchase
  • Site usage: Session cookies for the basket, plus anonymous traffic statistics

The reason we keep it

Everything listed is used for fulfilment and support. Manori Archive does not run advertising or scoring of any kind.

Third parties

  • Delivery partners — Delhivery or India Post, who see the shipping label data only
  • The UPI system that processes the transfer and reports its outcome
  • Our website host and mail provider, processing on our behalf
  • Authorities entitled by law to demand it, limited to what is demanded

Customer data has no third-party market here; it is used to fulfil orders and for nothing else.

Storage period

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law require. Correspondence unrelated to an order is deleted once the matter is closed.

Data rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for errors to be fixed, ask for erasure where retention is not legally required, and withdraw consent at any time. These are rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Address the request to sales@manoriarchive.shop from the order email address; we respond within 30 days.

Cookie use

Cookies here hold your basket and your session. There are no advertising cookies to refuse.

Security measures

HTTPS throughout, restricted administrative access, and nothing stored that could be used to take a payment.

A breach would be reported to the affected individuals and the authority under the DPDP Act.
