If you want to know what despatch of garden hose reels costs and how soon a parcel reaches you, this page answers both, along with our position on delays and damage.

What you pay for despatch

Orders at or above ₹1,999 ship free anywhere we deliver. Below that a flat ₹79 is added at checkout, whatever the parcel weighs.

You will not see an extra line on delivery for packing or fuel. The checkout figure is the whole of it.

Timelines

Orders leave us within 1 working day. Metro deliveries usually land in 2–5 days; other PIN codes take about 4–8 days.

Consignments move with Delhivery or India Post. The choice between them is made on serviceability for your PIN code, not by us picking a favourite.

Working days only — Sundays and holidays are not counted. Monsoon disruption and festival volumes can add to the transit time.

Cash on Delivery

You can pay the courier at the door in most places. A few remote PIN codes are not serviceable for COD, and in those cases only UPI is shown.

Exact change helps the handover go quickly. If you no longer want the order, cancel it before despatch rather than turning the rider away.

Address and access

The address you enter is printed on the label as it stands. Check the PIN code and the phone number — those two fields decide whether the parcel arrives.

Where delivery cannot be completed the parcel comes back to us. Nothing is discarded; we contact you to agree the next step.

Transit damage and shortages

Before signing, check the carton. Where damage is visible, decline delivery and let us know that day.

Write to sales@manoriarchive.shop within two days of delivery, attaching an unbroken unboxing recording and photographs. We then arrange a replacement or a refund.

Either a new hose reel goes out at our expense, or the whole order is refunded with the delivery charge. Nothing is deducted for the return.

We serve addresses in India. There is no international shipping option, now or planned.
