What will delivery add to my order?

It is ₹79 for orders under ₹1,999 and free at or above that figure.

What are your delivery timelines?

Orders leave within 1 working day and typically arrive in 2–5 days (metro) or 4–8 days (elsewhere).

What are the payment options?

UPI before despatch, or cash to the courier when the parcel arrives, where your PIN code supports it.

What if I change my mind?

Within 7 days of delivery, yes, if the hose reel is unused and complete. Contact sales@manoriarchive.shop.

When do I get my money back?

We release approved refunds within 7 days, back to the UPI handle that paid or to a bank account you give us for a COD order.

What if the item is damaged or wrong?

Refuse at the door where you can. Where you cannot, sales@manoriarchive.shop within 48 hours with a continuous unboxing recording gets a free replacement or a full refund.

Can you deliver to my area?

India-wide, subject to courier serviceability. We will check your PIN code if you write to sales@manoriarchive.shop.

Can I see where the parcel is?

Yes — the consignment number and courier are sent to you the moment the parcel is handed over.

Can I collect in person?

Manori Archive trades online. Please do not travel to the address expecting a retail counter.

Where is my invoice?

An invoice is emailed with the despatch confirmation. If it needs a business name on it, tell us before the order ships.
